Founder & Director
Graduated in Psychology (ISPA), his first professional experience was as a HR Assistant in a large industrial company, where he worked for five years. Afterwards he was Managing Partner of MSL (Management Selection), initially integrated intoHay Group and later belonging to the network AIMS International until 2014. Since then and until now, he has maintained the position of Managing Partner of MSL.
More than 35 years of solid experience in consultancy, particularly in the area ofExecutive Search, having led a wide range of efficient and transformative recruitment processes for clients across various sectors, including Financial Services, IT and Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Services and Industry.
Fernando Rodrigues Dias
Founder & Director
Degree in Psychology (University of Lisbon). Experienced Managing Partner with a proven track record of working in the Human Resources industry. Strong business development professional with skills in Coaching, Executive Search, Business Strategy, Management Consulting and Consulting.

Over the last 30 years, he has been responsible for numerous Executive Search/Recruitment and Selection jobs in the most diverse sectors of activity, with special emphasis on the Financial, IT and Telecoms, Services and Industrial areas. For some years, he also held various positions in social media management.
Pedro Morgado
Consultant
Graduated in Hotel Management, postgraduate in Management and graduated in Web Developing.

He has experience in the area of client/account management, human resources management and almost a decade of commercial banking in terms of client and portfolio management.

Currently working self-employed in the real estate sector and as a consultant for MSL
